Brandon man pleads guilty to meth distribution charge in Jackson

A Brandon resident has admitted to possessing with intent to distribute over 50 grams of methamphetamine. Court documents state that in August 2022, Beu Patrick Hall, age 41, sold around 83 grams of methamphetamine for $1,100 at a Motel 6 located in Jackson.

Hall entered his guilty plea and is set for sentencing on December 10, 2025. He faces a mandatory minimum prison sentence of ten years. The final sentence will be determined by a federal district court judge after review of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other legal factors.

The investigation is being conducted by the FBI. Assistant U.S. Attorney Bert Carraway is prosecuting the case.
