The bankruptcy judges for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have approved changes to the Uniform Local Bankruptcy Rules. These amendments will take effect on March 1, 2026. The updated rules are available for viewing or download on the Rules and Fees page of the Court’s website.
