The Mississippi Bar Association announced on Mar. 24 that its 2026 Annual Meeting and Summer School for Lawyers will be held July 7-9 at the Beau Rivage Resort in Biloxi.

The event offers an opportunity for lawyers to fulfill their continuing legal education requirements, including ethics and professionalism credits. The Summer School for Lawyers is scheduled each afternoon from 1:00 to 5:15 p.m., allowing participants to obtain all twelve hours of required continuing legal education, including two hours focused on ethics or professionalism.

In addition to educational programming, the association is seeking corporate sponsors for the annual meeting. Those interested in sponsorship opportunities are encouraged to contact Terry Singleton with CCP Meetings & Events at (404) 472-9233, ext. 102, or via email.

The Mississippi Bar Association said this condensed schedule aims to make it easier for members to attend both the summer school sessions and other annual meeting events over a three-day period.

Looking ahead, organizers expect strong participation from attorneys across the state as they gather in Biloxi for professional development and networking.
