Mississippi Bar Association opens applications for 2026-2027 leadership program

The Mississippi Bar Association announced on April 17 that applications are open for its Leadership Mississippi Bar Program, which aims to prepare attorneys for leadership roles within the legal profession, their communities, and the state. Applications for the 2026-2027 class are due by May 12.

The program is designed to help attorneys develop leadership skills, connect with prominent legal and community leaders, and build a professional network. According to the announcement, eligible applicants must be members of the Mississippi Bar who have been in practice between three and twelve years.
